Anchored Living is a shared housing model designed for independent adults who are seeking stability, dignity, and a peaceful place to call home.
Our homes offer a calm, respectful environment for individuals who can live independently but benefit from clear household expectations and the comfort of community.

We created Anchored Living because too many adults, especially those living on fixed incomes—fall into a gap: they don’t need a facility, but they do need a stable home that feels safe, maintained, and respectful. Anchored Living is built to provide that “in-between” space—where people can reset, feel grounded, and move forward.
